Request for Proposal: Park and Planning Design

Paterson Habitat for Humanity (PHFH) is seeking a licensed landscape architect to serve as a consultant (Consultant) providing participatory planning and park design services for property found at 63-95 Clinton Street (block 201, lot 2) in the City of Paterson, New Jersey. 

This 1.04-acre property is owned by the City of Paterson. PHFH is working in conjunction with the City of Paterson to develop this park.  The City of Paterson has authorized PHFH to conduct an environmental assessment, plan and design a park at this location.

PHFH will pay for this Park Planning and Design project and will be reimbursed with approved funding from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit program.
