Individuals

Volunteers range from students to retirees, skilled trades people to weekend do-it-yourselfers, church and synagogue members to colleagues and co-workers from large and small businesses.  The common thread is the desire to take part in something big – to help build affordable homes for qualified low-income families.

Age Restrictions

All volunteers must be at least 16 years old.  No one under the age of 16 will be allowed at the construction site for safety and liability reasons.  Volunteers ages 16 & 17 must come with an adult (21 or older) or a supervised group and will have some work restrictions.

Volunteer Waiver

Everyone who wishes to volunteer must fill out a volunteer waiver. A waiver must be signed for each visit.  Waivers are available here and are also available during check-in on your scheduled build day.  Please view this safety video before joining us on the construction site.
