What do we accept?

We accept donations of new and gently used residential building supplies and furniture that we determine will sell in our retail store. We DO NOT accept: materials that are labeled for industrial, professional or commercial use, mattresses, box springs, cribs, televisions and other electronics.

All items we take must be:

• Residential

• Structurally Sound & Complete

• Functional

• Cosmetically Appealing

• Sellable

Building Supplies

• Lumber (6ft. +)
• Sheet goods (1/4 sheet+)
• Brick/Block (whole, clean)
• Insulation (select condition)
• Roofing (select condition)

Furniture

• Gently used
• Solid wood and metal
• Select upholstered items

Kitchen

• Appliances (major, modern - 8 yrs or less, in good working condition)
• Cabinets (complete sets/pieces)

Flooring

• Carpet (10’x10’ or larger)
• Tile (new only)
• Hardwood  (no nails/damage)
• Laminate (full pieces only)
• Rugs (select condition)

Bath & Plumbing

• Tubs, sinks, toilets, showers (1995 or newer unless vintage, no damage)
• Faucets (complete)
• Pipe & Supplies (no scraps)

Doors

• Exterior/Interior (no damage or alteration)
• Garage (complete, modern, no damage)

Hardware

• Doors and cabinets (knobs, pulls and hinges)
• Fasteners (nails, screws, nuts and bolts)
• Most residential items

Paint & Décor

• Paint (full cans, labeled, no rust, never frozen)
• Blinds (modern, no vertical)
• Shutters (interior and exterior)

HVAC & Climate

• Furnaces and A/C’s (working and well-maintained)
• HVAC accessories
• Fireplaces (inserts, doors, screens)

Electrical & Lighting

• Light fixtures, fans, lamps
• Wire and supplies (no scraps)

Storage & Organization

• Shelving (sturdy, no rust)

Tools

• Power, hand and outdoor (modern, safe)

Windows

• Complete with jambs
• No sashes, damage or rot

Outdoors

• Patio furniture (well-maintained)
• Grills (well-maintained)
• Fencing (wood and metal)
