Our International Builds:
Buenos Aires, Argentina - Paterson Habitat visited Buenos Aires, Argentina in August 2012 to build a home for a family in need. Paterson Habitat has made a 3-year commitment to build three seed houses. A seed house in Argentina cost 65,000 Argentine Pesos which is equal to $15,000 USD to build. The Global Village Team here at Paterson Habitat would love your help in fundraising for our first home in Argentina. Paterson Habitat has already raised $10,000 for the first home. Help us reach our goal of $15,000! Click here to read more about Argentina and it's need for homes that families can afford.

Our International Commitment:
While our progress is most easily seen in the inner city neighborhoods of Paterson, your support for Paterson Habitat has allowed us to reach out to impoverished families around the world and other parts of the United States.
Over the past 28 years, 10% of general donations (tithes) form PH provided over $735,000 toward building homes in partnership with impoverished families in other countries ranging from Kenya to Mexico.
While tithe donations are a mere fraction of construction dollars spent in Paterson, we estimate over 500 homes have been built outside the US – the majority in our sister affiliate of Kenya. In the fall of 2011, Paterson Habitat sent a team to Kenya to build the 500,000th Habitat for Humanity home.
