Paterson Habitat for Humanity, an Energy Star affordable housing developer in Paterson NJ, seeks a part-time (20 hrs per week)  Construction Projects Grants Manager to assist in the acquisition and redevelopment of properties in Paterson with a focus on sustainable community redevelopment.  Under the direction of the Site Project Director, the Grants Manager will plan, develop, organize, progress and manage grants and assure supporting activity to adhere with agency requirements on schedule and within budget.
